Tulsa-based North American Galvanizing & Coatings profits decline

North American Galvanizing & Coatings on Tuesday reported a decline in net income for the first quarter.

Net income for the quarter totaled $97,000, or 1 cent per share, down from $210,000, or 3 cents per share, for the same period of 2004.

Revenues rose 8.4 percent to $9.3 million from $8.6 million a year earlier.

Tulsa-based North American Galvanizing provides hot-dip galvanizing and coatings for corrosion protection of fabricated steel products.
