THERESA M. CHAVEZ
10/11/1958 03/12/2008
Was 49 years young at the time of her death. On March 12, 2008 she spent her last day where she lived in Mesa, Arizona. She was born on October 11, 1958 in Las Vegas, Nevada but, it was in California that she spent most of her life until her final move. Theresa was survived by her husband David Chavez, her children Ron Ochoa, Manuel Ochoa, Vincent Ochoa, Justine Ochoa and Celina Smith, Six Grandchildren.
There is no greater definition of who she was other than mom. Her love, her life and her passion were her children and grandchildren. At the sight of her grandchildren you could always hear her voice soften as she delighted in new members to our family. As her children we will always cherish the memory of her " just the right size nails", that she would brush through our hair like a comb to put us to sleep. If life had a remote we'd rewind to the times she rocked us asleep just to be in her arms one more time. Thank You for the times she was with us god. " We love you Mom". Visitation for Family and friends will be Thursday- March 20, 2008 from 4:30-8:30 and Funeral Services on Friday- March 21, 2006 at 10am in Reflection Chapel of Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home, 32992 Mission Blvd, Hayward . Burial will follow at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park.
