OLGA ALBINA AIELLO

Entered peacefully into rest at her San Leandro home on March 7, 2008. She was 85 years of age.

Born in Chicago, IL, Olga was a loving mother, grandmother, and homemaker. She was an active member of St. Felicitas Catholic Church and participated in prayer groups. Her spare time was spent on her computer e-mailing family and friends. Olga was devoted to her family and loved cooking for and spending time with them. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Olga is survived by her loving sons and daughters in law, Dennis N. Aiello of San Jose, Mario A. and Cindy Aiello of Castro Valley, and Anthony F. and Chris Aiello of Santa Clara; sister, Vera Maul of Gilroy; brother and sister in law, Jerry and Gail Baccetti of Chicago; grandchildren, Danielle and Nicholas Aiello; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and cherished friends.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Nicholas, in 2005.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm on Tuesday at Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary, 267 E. Lewelling Blvd., San Lorenzo. A vigil service will begin at 7 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am on Wednesday at St. Felicitas Catholic Church, 1604 Manor Blvd., San Leandro. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Grissom's

NINA FALCON ASUNCION

DEC. 23rd, 1916 - MAR. 6, 2008

Passed away March 6, 2008 at Kaiser Hospital Hayward. She was 81 years old and a resident of San Leandro for the past 48 years. She is survived by her loving cousins Thelma Delfierro, Lily Tadem, Pete Paraguya, Guadalupe Bulicatin, Susie Hutchins, Joseph Paraguya, Flor Madarang, Necie Evangelista, Macario Falcon Jr., Rene Cosare, Nora Cadigal, Norma Mison and many nieces & nephews and their spouses.

She is preceded in death by her late husbands Hilario Paraguya & Ernie Asucion. She loved gardening, going to Church & occasional parties with friends & relatives.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 4-8:30 PM at Holy Angels Funeral & Cremation Center, 1051 Harder Rd, Hayward. Christian Mass will be Wednesay, March 12, 9:30 AM at St. Felicitas Church, 1662 Manor Blvd, San Leandro. Interment immediately following at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

GARY EUGENE BOYD

Gary Eugene Boyd died 2/26 1:30 am from complications following a stroke. He had a strong faith in Jesus. Memorial at Creekside Community Church, 951 MacArthur, San Leandro, CA 94577 on March 15th at 3:00 pm.

ROBERT "JOE" CHASTAIN

Entered peacefully into rest in Folsom, CA on March 6, 2008.

He was 80 years old. Joe was born in Springfield, Missouri on September 15, 1927. He enlisted with the Merchant Marines in 1945 and was stationed in the Pacific during WWII. During the years of 1946 through 1947, Joe was in the Army and was part of the occupying force in Sendai, Japan. When he returned to civilian life, Joe started working at Pacific Bell as a lineman and after 35 years of service he retired as an engineer in 1982. Joe was a longtime resident of the Bay Area until he moved to Folsom in 1990. Joe loved the outdoors and purchased some property in Pinecrest where after many years he built a cabin. He enjoyed going there where he and his friends would go fishing and hunting.

Joe was fond of the "Old Blue" truck and loved to work at his workbench at home. Above all he lived for his family. He was devoted to his grandchildren and helped raised them throughout the years. He will truly be missed by all who knew him.

Joe is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Elvera Chastain of Folsom. He will truly be missed by his children and their spouses, Bill and Yvonne Chastain of Folsom and Julie and Ralph Johnson of Paradise. He will always be remembered by his grandchildren, Lisa, Stacy, Joshua, Allie, Amanda, Joey and great grandchildren Evan, Morgan, Makenna and Star. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Visitation for Joe will be on Monday from 4 to 8 pm at Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary, 267 E. Lewelling Blvd.,San Lorenzo. A vigil service will be held on Monday at 7 pm at the chapel. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday at 10 am at St. John's Catholic Church, 264 E. Lewelling Blvd., San Lorenzo. He will be entombed at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. There will be a memorial service in Folsom at a later date.

KATHLEEN M. CLOUGH

Passed away on March 2, 2008 at the age of 83. She was born in Austin, Minnesota on February 27, 1925. Kathleen has lived in San Lorenzo and Hayward for over 40 years. Prior to that she enjoyed traveling with her husband and family while he was in the Navy for 23 1/2 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Duane M. Clough in 2005. She is survived by son, James D. Clough of Fremont; daughter Susan Redens of Salida; sister-in-law Dorothy Elward of Fremont; brother-in-law Dean Clough of Texas and sister- in-law Joyce Tufte of Minnesota. She had four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
