Moody's National Scale ratings are intended primarily for use by Mexican domestic investors, and they are not comparable to Moody's globally applicable ratings, which do not carry the "mx" notation, the agency said in its statement. An Aaa.mx rating on Moody's Mexican National Scale indicates an issuer or issue with the strongest creditworthiness and the lowest likelihood of credit loss relative to other domestic issuers.
