BBC2, 10PM

The second part of Quentin Tarantino's thriller - which is better and more character-driven than the sickeningly violent first part - follows martial arts expert The Bride (Uma Thurman) as she continues her efforts to take vengeance on the gang whose vicious attack left her in a coma for four years. But the man behind the assault, her one-time lover Bill (David Carradine), has a surprise waiting for her. Co-stars Daryl Hannah and Michael Madsen.

Radio: Forster in India: Sex, Books and Empire

RADIO 3, 10PM

E M Forster was an old-maidish, closeted gay writing "tea-table" novels - or was he? Zareer Masani's documentary explores the travels of a shy and retiring figure from suburbia to the sub-continent, and takes a fresh look at the links between his sexuality, his critique of the Raj and his capacity for crossing racial and cultural borders.
