Women rule OK

A place quite unlike any other is to be built in Chongqing, China. The city's Shuangqiao district is being converted into an enclave called Woman Town, the first place on Earth where women make all the decisions. Over its gates will be the motto: "A woman never makes mistakes. A man can never reject a woman's request." The rules will be that women make the decisions, and any man disobeying them will be punished by, for instance, being made to do the washing-up in a busy restaurant.

They may be on to something here. There are men in London willing to pay [pound]200 an hour to be humiliated.
