Kyle MacLachlan, currently previewing in John Kolvenbach's play On an Average Day, which opens on 7 August at the Comedy Theatre in London, is missing out on more than the LA sunshine while he's in Britain. Because he's on stage here, MacLachlan will miss a designer garage sale in the Hamptons near New York, towards which designers such as Donna Karan and Calvin Klein have donated clothes for the benefit of the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.
Mrs MacLachlan is under strict instructions to secure the ownership of the Italjet scooter that is part of the auction.
