Austin & Dunn to banner mac tools in Las Vegas

Mike Austin has acquired backing for his Austin & Dunn Top Alcohol Dragster from Mac Tools for the NHRA SummitRacing.com Nationals in Las Vegas.The Medford, Ore., racer is in his second full season as owner. driver, and tuner of the car in partnership with LeeRay Dunn. Austin, who helped John Shoemaker win Top Alcohol Dragster at the 1996 Frain Autolite NHRA Nationals, finished eighth in the Division 6 standings last year.
In addition to running the complete Northwest Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series schedule in 2003, Austin will compete in the Western swing of NI-IRA national events this summer.
