WAR ON TERROR YEAR TWO BEGINS

Based on federal affidavits and credible news reports, the 20 al Qaeda hijackers of September 11 were cited traveling and living in 17 states. All but one avoided detection. Based on statements from Senate Intelligence Chairman Bob Graham (D.-Fla.) and Vice Chairman Richard Shelby (R.-Ala.) at least 100 more are still hiding in the U.S. (see HUMAN EVENTS, March 4).
