A "yes" vote was a vote for the Republican proposal to raise the minimum wage by $1 to $6.15 an hour, over 28 months instead of 13 months and to actually cut taxes by $18.4 billion. (See prececling rollcall story.) A "no" vote was a vote against Including this GOP proposal as part of in the Bankruptcy Reform bill.
