* Deluxe Financial Services, St. Paul, Minn., announced it is the new exclusive provider of check-printing services to U.S. Bancorp.
* Lisa Rhea has been named employee of the year for 2005 at Midwest Independent Bank, Jefferson City, Mo. Rhea is a cash management specialist. Rhea, who joined the bank in 2001, also was named the company's employee of the quarter during fourth quarter 2004.
* Bremer Bank Twin Cities and Wells Fargo, N.A., both recently receive outstanding ratings from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency for Community Reinvestment Act compliance.

* One of five financial literacy awards was given to the Wisconsin Bankers Association by Gov. Jim Doyle. In addition, Deloris Sims of Legacy Bank, Milwaukee, was one of 11 individuals to receive the 2006 award. The awards were presented by the Governor's Council on Financial Literacy.
* The Nebraska Bankers Association has directed $191,105 to University of Nebraska scholarship programs, professorships and equipment purchases, the association announced in February. The donations were provided through the NBA's University Foundation Allocation Committee.
