CBW bankers rally around legislative efforts at annual meeting
Northwestern Financial Review, Oct 1-Oct 14, 2005 by Bengtson, Tom
"Community bankers are in a unique position to help our communities," Saenian said. "We can make our own calls, our own decisions." Saenian, who has worked at the Cross Plains bank for 33 years, said the bank works hard to retain good people. He noted the bank's growth since summer of 2002 when it purchased the Bank of Waunakee. That acquisition put $102 million in additional assets onto the bank's books, so that today it is a $450 million bank.
