South Central AIB chapter extends current leadership terms
The Minnesota South Central Chapter of the American Institute of Banking has converted its election year to a calendar cycle that begins Jan. 1 and ends Dec. 31. Previously, the organization had operated on a July 1 to June 30 fiscal year.
Corresponding to the change, the chapter's board voted to extend the terms of the current president and vice president to Dec. 31, 2000. Betty Ouren of MinnStar Bank, N.A., Lake Crystal, serves as the chapter's president and Jackie Judd of 1st United Bank, Faribault serves as vice president.
Other members of the board are: Steve Mangskau of Community Bank, Mankato; Brenda Roemhildt of Voyager Bank, Mankato; Laurel Jaster of First Farmers & Merchants National Bank, Le Sueur; Mindy Annis of Pioneer Bank, Mapleton; Ruth Schaefer of State Bank & Trust Co., New Ulm; David Lynn of Alliance Bank, New Ulm; Nancy Bellig of Valley Bank, North Mankato; Deb Caldwell of Community Bank, Amboy; Barb Winsel of First National Bank & Trust, Pipestone; Brad Mathiowetz of Americana Community Bank, Sleepy Eye, and executive director Shannon Duffy.
