Pasta is one of the most versatile foods around. Southerners love it chilled in macaroni salad, a covereddish dinner standard; we've included some twists on that basic idea, such as Tortellini Salad. Except for chilling, baking, and standing times, all of these recipes can be assembled in 30 minutes or less. Just right for the time-pressed pasta lovers among us.
