Webber, of GMEDC, also reported that an influx of state money, through Governor Douglas's $105 million Jobs Bill that includes a $25 million component called the Vermont Opportunity Fund. The VOF money, he reported, is available to .entrepreneurs that need early stage financing." He said, as part of that effort, GMEDC will strategically "fuel that economic growth," for prospective businesses that plan to provide "job security, economic growth, and
stability to the region."
