Aldila Will Webcast Its 2003 Annual Stockholders' Meeting on May 14, 2003

Aldila, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALDA) will host a live Webcast of its 2003 Annual Stockholders' Meeting on Wednesday, May 14, 2003, which will be held at the Rancho Bernardo Inn, 17550 Bernardo Oaks Drive, San Diego, CA 92128 at 10:30 A.M. (PDT), to elect four directors and ratify the selection of Deloitte & Touche LLC as the company's independent public accountants for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2003.
