A recent article in the San Luis Obispo Tribune about reduced train fares between San Luis Obispo and the City of Angels offered a less than complimentary view of the city of Angels.
The piece led with the following: "On the list of reasons why not to take the train to Los Angeles, you can cross off at least one - cost -- until the end of September."
