Boymelgreen names Florida developments partner
Real Estate Weekly, Sept 21, 2005
Leviev Boymelgreen, one of South Florida's largest landowners and developers, and Douglas Elliman Florida, an associate of Douglas Elliman, New York's largest residential real estate brokerage firm, have announced a partnership.
Douglas Elliman Florida will market and sell all of Leviev Boymelgreen's future projects in Miami, as well as two of its current condominium developments, Soleil and Vitri.
Over the next five years, the developer plans to introduce multiple projects, to create a multi-billion dollar portfolio of real estate in South Florida.
"It is critical for us to have a marketing partner of commensurate clout in the industry," noted Director of Florida Operations for Leviev Boymelgreen, Mark Armstrong.
"Douglas Elliman Florida has the network to reach our target audience in domestic and international markets. Equally important, they share our corporate philosophy, which is to adhere to uncompromising standards of excellence. Our approach to business and the breadth of our expertise are important messages their staff will communicate to the market."
Douglas Elliman Florida recently opened an office in South Beach, with other South Florida offices scheduled to open as well. In New York, Douglas Elliman has 3,000 real estate professionals with $13 billion in home sales in Manhattan, Long Island and the Hamptons this year.
