Otto Lugo, Broker/Owner of RE/ MAX Fine Homes and Estates in East Hills, New York, has secured the listing for the $36 million Schmidlapp-Humes Estate.
Located in Mill Neck, the Schmidlapp-Humes Estate is one of the largest estates on Long Island. Built in the 1700's, it was most recently home to the U.S. Ambassador to Austria, John Portner Humes and his wife Dr. Jean Schmidlapp-Humes. The property was placed on the market in July 2005.
