NAI Global has hired Nickolay Cohen as PR technical support/analyst.

Cohen is responsible for end-user technical support of NAI Global's internal applications and general MS Office applications, trouble shooting, configuration of new equipment and antivirus software maintenance.

He also will oversee network user administration on internal LAN systems, conduct daily backup operations, as well as monitor SQL server operations, customize business reports and conduct data coding.

His experience includes LAN and software migration, software quality assurance, reference manual authoring, system development, LAN application and support for desktop publishing, database design and management, and manufacturing workshop supervisor of LAN design and maintenance, with a staff of four.

Cohen holds a B.S. in thermal and mass transfer from Technical University-Sofia in Sofia, Bulgaria.
