GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation announced the following transactions:

* A $6.9 million permanent loan for a 108,000 s/f shopping center in Cromwell, Conn.;

* A $6.1 million permanent loan for a shopping center in Nanuet, N.Y. The loan featured a 10-year term. David M. Fishier negotiated these transactions.
