Gap Inc. has leased 20,688 s/f at the Somerset Shopping Center, located at the intersection of Routes 206/202 and Route 22 in Somerset county, N.J. Gap, GapKids, babyGap and GapBody will open during the summer of 2005. Somerset Shopping Center, New Jersey's first open-air shopping mall, is anchored by Barnes & Noble, OfficeMax and Linens 'n Things.

Eastern Mountain Sports, Annie Sez, Pier 1 Imports, TGI Friday's, Mikasa, RiteAid, Hallmark and Pearle Vision are among the center's other tenants. Stanley Bernstein, of Levin Management Corporation negotiated the lease with Gap Inc.
