HFF's $10m refinancing - Banking & Finance - Brief Article

The Edison office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. arranged a $9.85 million refinancing for Allaire Plaza, a 114,012 s/f grocery anchored shopping center in Wall Township, New Jersey.
Senior managing director Tom Didio worked on behalf of Mainardi Management Company to secure the ten-year, fixed-rate loan through John Hancock Life Insurance Company, a correspondent lender.
Mainardi Management Company is a New Jersey-based real estate company that owns and manages commercial properties throughout the state.
Allaire Plaza is divided into two single-story buildings: a 49,540-square-foot, freestanding, Pathmark Supermarket and a 64,470-square-foot strip building. The property has 587 parking spaces, and is 100% occupied and anchored by Pathmark Supermarket and a 15,033 s/f Reynolds Department Store.
