Workplace management - What's New - Fidelity Investments offers new online pay statement delivery service
HR Magazine, March, 2003
Fidelity Investments has expanded its human resource and payroll outsoucing resources with a new online pay statement delivery service. With Fidelity's new PaperlessPay service, employers can now provide employees their earnings statements online, thereby eliminating printed paystubs. Through the new service, employees who use direct deposit automatically have access to their earnings information through Fidelity's NetBenefits web portal.
The portal also gives employees access to a wide variety of benefits information, such as 401(k) and pension plans, health plans, and compensation information. In conjunction with the online payroll service, Fidelity has made significant enhancements to its time-and-attendance services. The enhanced services are designed to help employers more effectively develop work schedules, manage overtime and track employee attendance. CyberMatrix Corp. has released version 4.0 of CyberMatrix Meeting Manager, an easy-to-use meeting schedule software package. Meeting Manager is designed to improve the productivity of companies and other organizations that still use traditional paper-based or cumbersome in-house calendars to schedule meetings. The new software release has been improved to include an easy-to-use scheduling grid. The software also includes a custom-reporting feature that allows users to modify their existing scheduling reports or create their own. The web version of the software can be used with multiple users in multiple locations and can provide employees access to meeting schedule data via the corporate intranet or the World Wide Web.
