The sweep transfer mechanism of Emmeti's MT565 can be used for most bulk depalletizing applications. Transfer rates up to 3 layers per minute (pallet to take-away table) are possible using the sweep mechanism. Completing a job change requires less than 10 minutes with no tools and no job change parts, or a completely automatic job change can be done with the click of a mouse.

With Emmeti's MT565 bulk depalletizer you can quickly and easily transform the machine to operate with a pick-and-place gripping head in place of the sweep mechanism. The head's rubber gripping tubes gently pick an entire layer of bottles off of a pallet and places them onto the take-away table at speeds up to 3.5 layers per minute. Trays, challenging shapes and increased speeds are not a problem with the MT565 bulk depalletizer.
