Billed as the "first beer for women," Honey Amber Rose Beer will now be distributed by Southern Wine & Spirits in Florida. "This microbrew is uniquely flavored with rosehips and honey and features low carbohydrates, no preservatives and low alcohol content," says Abby Waters, president of Beautiful Brews, Inc. "With the additional exposure provided by Southern Wine & Spirits' beverage network, Honey Amber Rose expands its reach throughout Florida, and we will be poised to make the product available nationwide."

The beer is brewed in Melbourne, Florida, at the Indian River Brewing Company, and the brand recently won a silver medal at the at the 2005 Florida Beerfest. "We are extremely excited with the addition of Honey Amber Rose beer to our portfolio of beers from around the globe," said Steve Power, executive vice president, general manager, Southern Wine & Sprits of Florida. "The Honey Amber Rose brand possesses many unique qualities which will generate tremendous consumer reaction."

Ms. Waters, in addition to serving as president of Beautiful Brews, is the president and CEO of Abby's Idea Factory, a consultation and development company based in Boca Raton. She was recently featured in Time Magazine.
