Beef 'O' Brady campus unit to debut Aramark alliance

TAMPA, FLA. -- The Beef 'O' Brady's casual-dining chain plans to open a 4,000-square-foot branch this summer on the University of South Florida campus here in partnership with Aramark, USF's foodservice concessionaire.

The outlet could lead to campus collaborations nationwide with Aramark, said Nick Vojnovic, president of Beef 'O' Brady's Tampa-based parent, FSC Franchise LLC.

The Tampa restaurant will feature USF memorabilia and be housed in a student union that is being renovated.
