NORTH MIAMI, FLA. -- The Foodservice Educators Network International has named Colin Roche, department chair of the College of Culinary Arts at the Johnson & Wales University campus here, 2008 Educator of the Year.
With more than two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Roche is an assistant professor who teaches a variety of culinary and hospitality courses. He is also editor of the culinary-arts college's newsletter.
