FORT WAYNE, IND. -- Melinda Gilbert has been named director of marketing at Lincoln Foodservice Products, based here.
In her new role, Gilbert is responsible for all marketing activities for the Lincoln portfolio of equipment products. She reports to president Charlie Kingdon.
Gilbert joined Lincoln in 2001 and was responsible for marketing the company's line of smallware products. Over the past several years, she has led marketing for the Merco Savory brand and was pivotal in leading product development efforts. She earned her undergraduate degree in marketing from Ball State University.
In addition, Beverly Coolman has been named director of marketing for Lincoln Smallwares. In this capacity, she will manage all marketing efforts for the Wear-Ever and Redco brands, driving brand awareness and market share. She reports to Tom Kurgan, vice president of sales and marketing for Smallwares.
Coolman joined Lincoln in 2000 and has served in a variety of sales and marketing positions, including international sales and marketing support for Merco, eventually moving to the Smallwares Division in 2006. Coolman earned her undergraduate degree in marketing from Indiana University.
