GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. -- Gordon Food Service, based here, has opened two GFS Marketplace stores, one in Monroeville, Pa., and one in Pleasant Hills, Pa., both near Pittsburgh. The stores will be open to consumers as well as to foodservice operators, on a cash and carry basis.
