They are The Restaurant at Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles, The Castle Hill Inn & Resort in Newport, R.I.; Cyrus restaurant in Healdsberg, Calif.; The Inn at Dos Brisas in Brenham, Texas; L'Auberge Carmel in Carmel-by-the-Sea, Calif.; Manoir Hovey in North Hatley, Quebec; and Wedgewood Hotel & Spa in Vancouver, British Columbia.
