McD appoints Benson to replace retiring CFO Paull

Nation's Restaurant News,  Nov 26, 2007

OAK BROOK, ILL. -- McDonald's Corp. has appointed Peter J. Bensen chief financial officer, effective Jan. 1.

He would succeed Matthew Paull, who is retiring.

Bensen, 45, currently is McDonald's senior vice president and corporate controller and is an 11-year veteran of the Oak Brook-based company.

Paull, who has been CFO since 2001, said in July that he would leave McDonald's by yearend to pursue a college teaching position.
