Dallas -- In one of three appointments, Corner Bakery Cafe, the 90-unit fast-casual arm of Il Fornaio (America) Corp. of Corte Madera, Calif., named Ted Croft senior vice president and chief financial officer. He was vice president of finance for Romano's Macaroni Grill.
Dallas-based Corner Bakery also named former consultant Diana Hovey senior vice president of marketing and appointed Bob Hartmann vice president of real estate. Hartmann is a veteran of Whataburger and Darden Restaurants.
