Restaurant.com promotion offers to treat everyday people like stars

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, ILL. -- Restaurant.com has launched a "Dine Like a Star" promotion and contest, which offers as its grand prize a $10,000 New York City vacation package.

Visitors who register on the website, which sells discounted gift certificates for restaurants nationwide, are automatically entered into the vacation sweepstakes. A slot-machine-style game will award instant-win prizes of $25 preloaded Visa cards each day through Dec. 25, when the promotion ends. Visitors who do not win prizes are eligible to receive savings codes for further discounts on Restaurant.com gift certificates.
