T.G.I. Friday's taps Grecchi Gray to fill corp. chef post

CARROLLTON, TEXAS -- T.G.I. Friday's has named Anette Grecchi Gray corporate executive chef for the 800-unit casual-dining chain.

Grecchi Gray most recently was chef de cuisine at Jiko in the Walt Disney Co.'s Animal Kingdom Lodge in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. She now reports to Scott Randolph, who recently was promoted to the position of senior director of culinary for Carrollton-based T.G.I Friday's, a division of Carlson Restaurants Worldwide.
