Einstein Bros., Noah's Bagels put twist on traditional holiday wreath

LAKEWOOD, COLO. -- Einstein Noah Restaurant Group plans to offer an edible bagel wreath as part of a holiday promotion at its 600 Einstein Bros. Bagels and Noah's Bagels bakery-cafes.

The wreath is fashioned from plain bagels and red bagels and green bagels containing cranberries. Both chains also will offer other seasonal items including a candy cane bagel, a cranberry-orange muffin with orange drizzle, and a candy cane iced sugar cookie as well as winter blend coffee and eggnog latte.

Einstein Bros. units also have introduced such new sweets as cinnamonapple coffee cake, lemon croissant, and chocolate-hazelnut croissant.

Both chains are promoting two coffee gift packs and a tea gift pack as holiday gifts.
