"Hyatt boosts wine, dinner sales via iPod, PC guidance," Nov. 5, page 84, misstated the contribution of the iTaste program to wine sales at the Moka coffee bar in the lobby of the Grand Hyatt Hotel at DFW International Airport in Dallas. The iTaste initiative has grown to represent 26 percent of Moka's wine sales, management indicated.
The headline "Ruby Tuesday reverses its upscaling tack... ," Oct. 22, page 4, did not intend to indicate that the chain had abandoned or altered its higher-scale menu repositioning, but rather that Ruby Tuesday's new promotion of bargain-priced lunches marked a reversal in the marketing direction previously taken in emphasizing Prime beef and other pricier items in TV ads that aired before the company reported declines in net profit and same-store sales for the quarter ended Sept. 4.
