FRANKFORT, ILL. -- Baldwin Richardson Foods Co. appointed Timothy C. Ridgeway senior vice president and chief operating officer. Ridgeway is a 21-year veteran of PepsiCo and held a number of positions in sales and bottling before being named director of business development. Most recently he served as director of sales of the PepsiCo Foodservice division.
Before joining PepsiCo he was with Deere & Co. for six years. Ridgeway is a board member of the Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance in Providence, R.I. Chicago-based Baldwin Richardson produces liquid products including sauces, condiments, dessert toppings, beverage and pancake syrups, and specialty fillings for restaurant chains and food manufacturers.
