Dateline -- Wolfgang Puck and five of his chef friends partnered with the Idaho Potato Commission for a recipe at the 25th Anniversary American Wine & Food Festival. The festival, founded by Wolfgang Puck and Barbara Lazaroff, benefits Los Angles area Meals-on-Wheels programs. Star chefs stepped it up another notch to compete for a charitable donation in their name. Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, who created a Sikyo-yaki, a potato salad and an Idaho Roll utilizing Idaho Potatoes, won the $10,000 prize.
