Host America shareholders vote to sell foodservice divisions

> HAMDEN, CONN. -- Shareholders of Host America Corp., the foodservice management and energy services provider, voted Oct. 19 for two sales totaling $3.7 million of virtually all of its foodservice assets to Host America Corporate Dining Inc. and Lindley Acquisition Corp. The transaction includes the $1.2 million sale of the corporate-dining group that runs dining rooms, cafeterias, event catering and office coffee services as well as the $2.5 million sale of the Lindley Food Services subsidiary, which provides packaged meals, school feeding and senior feeding services.
