"Friendly in sale-leaseback deal for HQ, 160 branches," Oct. 29, page 44, misstated the overall value of a sale-leaseback agreement reached with Friendly Ice Cream Corp. of Wilbraham, Mass. The company reportedly received nearly $40 million just for its headquarters and 11 restaurants in western Massachusetts, with those branches fetching about $12.4 million of that amount.

No total sale figure was stated including the other 149 leased-back Friendly's restaurant properties sold to Escondido, Calif.-based Realty Income Corp.
