Harrah's, TV's Deen team up at Gulf Coast casino
TUNICA, MISS. -- Harrah's Entertainment Inc. has joined forces with Food Network star Paula Deen to devise a 560-seat buffet as part of a $45 million renovation of the 1,168-room Grand Casino Resort Tunica here. Through its subsidiary, Harrah's Operating Co., the company is also renaming the property Harrah's Casino Tunica and expects to open it in May 2008.

Harrah's also recently signed a deal with singer Jimmy Buffett for a $700 million Margaritaville Casino & Resort in Biloxi, Miss.
