Andrew Rothschild has been named executive chef of Bourbon Steak, a Michael Mina restaurant slated to open this winter at the Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort & Club in Aventura, Fla. Most recently, Rothschild was running his own consulting business, but he has served as executive chef of Tsunami in West Palm Beach, Fla., and at The Forge in Miami Beach.
