> SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- Spring-water bottler Saratoga Spring Water introduced new decorative blue bottles in an effort to target. the upscale-restaurant market. Adam Madkour, president of Saratoga, explained that customers of high-end operations, bars and hotel lounges "have come to expect the quality of the packaging to match the quality of the product," and that the new bottles will complement upscale table settings.
