STAMFORD, CONN. -- On-site feeding company Centerplate has teamed up with Niman Ranch to develop and market premium stadium hot dogs and hamburgers. Meats will be supplied from Niman Ranch's network of sustainable U.S. family farms and ranches.
The Centerplate culinary team has created a number of accompaniments to complement the new hot dogs and hamburgers, including caramelized-onion and cracked-pepper sauerkraut, roasted-garlic and chipotle grain mustard, and cumin-spiced sweet pickles.
