CARPINTERIA, CALIF. -- Carl's Jr. has added the Chipotle Chicken Salad, consisting of charbroiled chicken, salsa, Parmesan cheese, chipotle dressing and shredded lettuce, all of which is stuffed into a tortilla bowl. The Chipotle Chicken Salad is priced at approximately $4.59. The 1,079-unit Carl's Jr.
chain is a wholly owned subsidiary of CKE Restaurants Inc., which also operates or franchises 1,923 Hardee's units and 95 La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grills.
