LAGUNA HILLS, CALIF. -- Melt Inc., operator or franchisor of the Melt Gelato & Crepe Cafe fast-casual chain, has branched into the Midwest with the opening of a franchised unit in St. Louis. The three-year-old brand, based in Laguna Hills, now consists of 16 stores in four states.
