Nation's Restaurant News, Sept 17, 2007
ATLANTA -- Former AFC Enterprises president Dick Holbrook and an ex-executive of its Popeyes chicken chain, Sam Haddock, have joined the 16-unit J. Christopher's breakfast-brunch-lunch chain as president and chief operating officer, respectively.
Holbrook is a partner in H2 Restaurants LLC, which acquires or funds growth concepts. He retired as AFC's president and COO at the end of 2004 after helping to pare down its brand portfolio, which had included Church's Chicken, Seattle's Best Coffee and Cinnabon.

Haddock is a Moe's Southwest Grill franchisee.
Jeff "J" McCann and Chris Brogdon, co-creators of J. Christopher's, will continue to run the casual-dining units currently in operation and serve on the management committee of the newly formed J. Christopher's Restaurants LLC, which intends to begin franchising during the first quarter of 2008.
J. Christopher's debuted in 1996 and added four branches during the past 18 months, giving the chain 14 Atlanta units and single outposts in Savannah, Ga., and Tampa, Fla. The company plans to add eight outlets over the next year, in Atlanta and Macon, Ga., and in Nashville, Tenn.
