Nation's Restaurant News,  Sept 17, 2007

MT. PLEASANT, MICH. -- The Delfield Co. named David Perl business development director for preparation and holding equipment. In his new position, Perl will work with sales, manufacturing, engineering and field representatives to drive top-line growth for Delfield's preparation and holding equipment products. He will work out of Delfield's Covington, Ky., facility.

Most recently, Perl was a product line manager for McCall Refrigeration.

Perl holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and a master's of business administration in finance and economics from Boston University.

"David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this new role," said Bill Keske, Delfield's vice president of business development. "He will be a valuable asset as we all work together to dramatically grow the Delfield business."
