NASHVILLE, TENN. -- The O'Charley's casual-dining chain has updated eight dishes in a promotion called Flavor Road that features the first limited-time offerings developed by the chain's new R&D chef, Stephen Bulgarelli. Among the dishes are Cedar-Planked Salmon Chopped Salad, $9.49; Key West Citrus Chicken, $9.99; New York Pizza Pie Pasta, $10.99; and Louisiana Sirloin, $14.99. Doughnuts tossed tableside in cinnamon sugar are $4.99.
O'Charley's and its franchisees operate 340 restaurants in 19 states, including the Ninety Nine Restaurant and Stoney River Legendary Steaks chains.
